This project involved adding a bathroom to an existing art studio over a garage. We designed the modifications and coordinated with the septic, plumbing and electrical subcontractors as well as the city and department of health to bring this project together. We upgraded Insulation, Handrails and Drywalled the interior of the garage making for a comfortable living space in the studio above.
